Colossians 2 in verse 14 says, Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross.  Were the 10 commandments really against us?  Were the 10 commandments really contrary to us?  Did Jesus really nail the 10 commandments to His cross?

(Colossians 2:14 KJV)  Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

(Deuteronomy 32:45 KJV)  And Moses made an end of speaking all these words to all Israel:

(Deuteronomy 32:46 KJV)  And he said unto them, Set your hearts unto all the words which I testify among you this day, which ye shall command your children to observe to do, all the words of this law.

(Deuteronomy 32:47 KJV)  For it is not a vain thing for you; because it is your life: and through this thing ye shall prolong your days in the land, whither ye go over Jordan to possess it.

(Psalms 40:8 KJV)  I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.

(Psalms 119:18 KJV)  Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.

(Psalms 119:97 KJV)  MEM. O how love I thy law! it is my meditation all the day.

(Psalms 119:142 KJV)  Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth.

(Psalms 119:163 KJV)  I hate and abhor lying: but thy law do I love.

(1 John 3:4 KJV)  Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

(Romans 4:15 KJV)  Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression.

(Colossians 2:14 KJV)  Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

(Colossians 2:20 KJV)  Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,

(Romans 8:7 KJV)  Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

(Colossians 2:20 KJV)  Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,

(Colossians 2:21 KJV)  (Touch not; taste not; handle not;

(Colossians 2:22 KJV)  Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men?

(Mark 7:6 KJV)  He answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.

(Mark 7:7 KJV)  Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

(Colossians 2:22 KJV)  Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men?

(Mark 7:8 KJV)  For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.

(Matthew 15:1 KJV)  Then came to Jesus scribes and Pharisees, which were of Jerusalem, saying,

(Matthew 15:2 KJV)  Why do thy disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? for they wash not their hands when they eat bread.

(Mark 7:9 KJV)  And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.
